About Me
To my mind, addressing our inner worlds is the most radical and important thing we’ll ever do. The relationship we have with ourselves is what will determine our relationship with everyone and everything outside of ourselves. There is so much opportunity in the journey inward: It is my privilege to accompany people in this process of discovery and healing.
I’ve been in private practice, working with people individually and in groups, since 2015. What defines me as a therapist is my faith in the therapeutic process and my commitment to my personal and professional growth (which to me are synonymous).
I have and continue to benefit not just from my education (in classrooms and in life), but also from my own therapy. Being on both sides of the couch continuously reaffirms my faith in the human capacity to change and grow.
If you think that you might benefit from psychotherapy, please call me. I look forward to finding out whether I’m the right therapist for you.
“You can cut all the flowers but you cannot keep Spring from coming.”
– Pablo Neruda
